Each year, the principal of the secondary school prepares an annual report on the school's activities for the previous school year, sends it to the founder (in the case of Digital Academy - Obchodní akademie, s.r.o., the Central Bohemia Region) and publishes it in an accessible place in the school. The requirements of the annual report are laid down in the Education Act and the implementing Decree No. 15/2005 Coll., as amended. Anyone may consult the annual report and take copies and extracts from it, or obtain a copy of it for a locally customary price. The provision of information under the Freedom of Information Act is not affected.
The annual report contains basic data about the school, an overview of the school's fields of study, a general overview of the staffing of education, information on the admissions procedure, data on the educational results of pupils, data on DVPP, school activities, etc.
